Crimson2go.com is among a relatively new business model in many college towns across the United States. Given the popularity of delivered food in these type towns and cities, they make arrangements with virtually all restaurants in any given town (Tuscaloosa Alabama in this case) so that these restaurants can then outsource delivery to Crimson2go.com. This allows the restaurants to focus on the food itself and allows customers an online outlet to sort through all the menus in town, to decide on the perfect meal for that given time.
Athens AMP
The "AMP" in Athens AMP stands for Art, Music, and Performance. And that is exactly what they do. In an effort spearheaded by James Warrior, the group strove to combine many of the artists from several mediums found across Athens into multi-faceted performance pieces. Combining music, dance, live sculpture, and performance art they have (at this point) had two excellent sessions. The first headlining the band POWERKOMPANY, with the second helping jumpstart the career of new sensation Mothers. Mothers recently had an international tour opening for Of Montreal.
